DID YOU KNOW that YOUR USED SHOES can help keep a child off the street, help a mother provide a
meal for her family, or provide a means of transportation to a person in a third world country?
Central Virginia Regional Rescue and Funds2Orgs are trying to collect 2,500 pairs of gently
used shoes (all styles and sizes) that will then be distributed throughout various communities i
n third world countries.

Please join Key Club's efforts to help. Bring in your used shoes and drop them off in the large,
marked box in the front lobby, now through May 1st.

Key Club will meet and elect officers for the 2017-18 school year TOMORROW*, April 25th,
after school in the library.

* Please be sure to change "tomorrow" to TODAY when you read this on Tuesday...a lot of our members
missed our last meeting because it wasn't changed--the date was right, but "tomorrow" threw them off. :)

Students and Staff: It's not too late! If you would still like to donate blood at our drive TOMORROW,
see the table in the foyer before school or during lunch or see Mrs. Cooter any time to sign up.
Donors who are 16 MUST have a permission slip. All donors must have a photo ID and a pass to
excuse them from class for their appointment. Please get passes from Mrs. Cooter.

General

There have been several incidents of students parking in the wrong spaces. If this happens to you,
please report the license number, color and make/model of the car in your space. Also, look to see
if there is a BHS parking pass on the mirror. If possible, take a picture of this information with your
cell phone. Report this information to the front office. We would make every effort to find the
student using your space.
