The Jostens graduation representative will be here on Friday, Feb. 24th during all lunches to deliver gold honor stoles & tassels. BHS honor students please be prepared to bring $15.00 cash to pick up your honor stole & tassel during all lunches.

Athletics

A HUGE shout out to our indoor track team members for qualifying for States this weekend: Nathan Maddox, Nykie Pray, Madeline Tilley, MJ Germouth, Allie Brown, and Liz Maddox with the alternate Summer Myers. We are so proud of you!!!

Clubs

Brookville FFA will celebrate National FFA Week, this week. This year’s theme is Transform Purpose to Action, and it embraces more than 89 years of FFA traditions while looking forward to the organization’s future. Nearly 650,000 members will participate in National FFA Week activities at local, state and national levels.
During the week, chapters conduct a variety of activities to help others in their school and community learn about FFA and agricultural education. Brookville will celebrate National FFA Week by participating in the following activities:
Dress up days
Monday:Merica Monday
Tuesday:Tye-Dye Day
Wednesday:Western Day
Thursday: Camo Day
Friday: FFA Shirt Day
And an Agriculture Olympic Game every day.

Today’s FFA members are the innovators and leaders of tomorrow. Through agricultural and hands-on learning, they are preparing for 235 unique career opportunities in the food, fiber and natural resources industry.
Brookville FFA will also be having a pancake breakfast for all staff at Brookville on Friday and providing the teachers with a small gift during the week. We plan to get down to the elementary schools and do a lesson on agriculture and we will be supporting the local women’s shelter this week with a huge donation of supplies.

Hey guys! We will be having a tailgate tomorrow night at 6:30 by the gazebo before the girls basketball region championship game! Sign up on the swarm board some can plan on numbers...first 20 students to the tailgate get free admission to the game!! Go Bees!!

Congratulations to the Forensics team on their 5th place team finish at the Region 3A West Championships last night! Moving on to the State Tournament are:
Bre Glover - 2nd place Storytelling
Brianna Sahadak - 3rd place Dramatic Interpretation
and the team of Sarah Keen and Jarod Wigglesworth - 3rd place Serious Duo
The team of Kelby Campbell and Jonathan Wingfield earned 4th place in Serious Duo and are state alternates.
Other outstanding performances were given by Sean Weller, Jessica Murphy, Kilee Kowalczyk, Caleb Hills, and the team of Rhi Stalnaker and Zaire West.
Way to go Forensics team!
