Campbell County Schools has partnered with Oakes Test Prep offering a free SAT Prep class to Juniors in the BHS library May 3,4,5 from 3:00-4:15.

 

NHS members who missed Wednesday's meeting need to stop by Mrs. Regan's room to pick up the fundraising materials.

Have you ever wanted to try colorguard? NOW IS YOUR CHANCE!!! all are welcome to come to the band room May 6th and 7th from 3:30-6:00. Come either day or BOTH!  Bring friends and have fun trying a new activity!

ATTENTION SENIORS! Your senior t-shirts are now available to order! Shirts are $10 and can be purchased before and after school in Mr. Markey's room 316 OR during all 3 lunches at the table by the cafeteria. See Ashlyn Booth or Mr. Markey if you have any questions.

 

SENIORS - you asked for senior quotes, so you're getting them - on video! To film this we'll be looking for you in class and in flex. Be ready with your farewell words to Brookville or your favorite quote. We want this to be about you. Be yourself. Be creative.

 

ALL STUDENTS- TODAY is the last day to reserve your copy of the yearbook with a $20 deposit. Books can also be ordered online through Friday. Extras will not be available when books deliver and you will not want to miss this one!!!  

 

The girls tennis team beat Amherst last night 7-2.  Winners were, in singles:  #1 Kaitlyn Swan 8-5, #2 Krislyn Page 9-7, #3 Kat Proffitt 8-2, #4 Sarah Light 8-3, and #5 Shiori Seta 8-4.  In doubles, #2 Kaitlyn Swan and Sarah Light won 8-3, and #3 Sheori Seta and Natalia Keranen won 8-5.  Go Bees!

BHS Track and Field team has had major accomplishments this week. Last Saturday two students qualified for the 3 A state meet in Harrisonburg in May. Zamir Hurtte in Long Jump, with a jump of 16 feet. Evan Templeton in Pole Vault with a jump of 12 feet 6 inches. Yesterday two more qualified for the state meet. Madeline Tilley in the 400 meter dash, running 1 minute flat, setting a new PR. Nykie Pray also qualified for the state meet in the triple jump, with a jump of 42 feet 6 inches, his new PR in the event. Congratulations bees
