BHS will not accept deliveries (flowers, candy, etc.) for students on Valentine's Day.

Attention Forensics Team Members! Please see Mr. Markey TODAY and confirm whether or not you will be participating in the Conference 30 tournament on Friday, February 20th. Failure to do so will result in not competing in Forensics for the rest of the season since you can’t move forward after Conference. This is non-negotiable as registration is due at the end of the day today.

Hey all you lover boys and lover girls, don't forget to buy a carnation for your favorite people for the low price of $ 1.50 each for Valentine's Day!  Flowers are on sale in the lobby and at Mr. Woodford's room in the morning and at all three lunches.  Avoid the rush and get your flowers early! They will be on sale today, Wednesday, and Thursday.  Delivery will be Friday!  And don't forget your Mom!

There is a mandatory NHS meeting for current members TODAY, after school, in the auditorium.  Members will rehearse for the induction ceremony.

Any seniors interested in going to Washington DC with the POSSA Club may stop by Mr. Scott's room and pick up the necessary forms.  Any remaining seats, not purchased by club members, will be sold to seniors starting on this Monday, February 16th.  You do NOT have to be in POSSA Club to join this field trip.  See Mr. Scott for further details.

Congratulations to the girls’ basketball team on finishing the regular season undefeated. With their 47-34 victory over Amherst last night they finished the regular season with a perfect 20-0 record. The Bees were led last night by Kiala Marshall and Hannah Young with 11 points each. The Lady Bees next game will be in the semi-finals of the conference tournament next Tuesday at Liberty High School. They will play the winner of the Heritage/Tunstall game at 6:00.

There will be no JV girls’ soccer this week.  February 23-24th are tryout days.

The Boys Tennis Team will have a meeting on Tuesday, February 17th in the cafeteria at 3:00pm. Schedules, physical forms and information sheets will be available for all boys interested in joining the team.

Any girls interested in playing soccer who are 9th graders, 11th graders, or transfer students this year need to take a concussion test in the computer lab on Tuesday, Feb 17th at 3 PM.

Anyone interested in trying out for JV and Varsity baseball needs to attend a mandatory meeting after school TODAY in Coach Sawyer's room. If you absolutely cannot attend this meeting, see Coach Glaize or Coach Sawyer before Wednesday afternoon.
