The Jostens graduation representatives will be here TODAY during all lunches in the multi-purpose room to deliver & collect final balances for graduation items. Final balances must be paid during lunch with cash or money order as (No Personal Checks) will be accepted.

 

Join us this Thursday night at 7:00 for “Brookville’s Got Talent.”  Performers include Alliah Younger& Ashleigh Brown, Jacob Dalton, Drew Walthall & Luke Milhoan, Kyle Brown, Emily Daniel, Gina Kessel, Daniel McGann-Bartleman, Jordan Fowler, Kyleigh Tanner & Krissi Parker.  Tickets are $5.00 for students and can be purchased at the door.  You will have the opportunity to vote for your favorite act and buy additional votes for $1.00 each.    

Friday may be your last chance to sign a team up for dodgeball!!!  Time is running out!  Get your team together and reserve your spot.  See a mentor or Mrs. Davis for more info!

 

Key Club will NOT have its regularly-scheduled meeting today, but we WILL meet on Thursday, April 7th, for officer elections. ALL MEMBERS should plan to attend, especially seniors, who may be interested in scholarship information.

Students: please join the Red Cross Club in our efforts to collect much needed supplies for our troops overseas. We are collecting personal hygiene and food products from now until Friday to be sent to local troops currently serving in Kuwait and Djibouti. Please see Mrs. Cooter for details.

 

The girls tennis team won a phenomenal match against Rustburg to remain undefeated.

In singles, Katilyn Swan defeated Rustburg's number 1 player 8 to 3.

Shiori Seta stepped in at #2 to win 8 to3.

#3 Kat Proffitt had a flawless score of 8 to 0.

#4 freshman Sarah Light lit up the courts winning 8 to1.

#5 Taylor Allen defeated her opponent 8 to 2. 

and #6 Clara Cedillo won her match 8 to 4.

In doubles, #2 Kaitlin and Sarah showed no mercy winning 8 to 0.

And #3 doubles Taylor and Clara won a took down their opponents 8 to 3.

The team travels to Amherst today.

 

Congratulations to the Lady Bees Varsity Softball team for their 14-0 win over William Campbell last night.  Jordan Dail threw a no hitter for the Bees striking out 10 batters in 5 innings.  The Lady Bees hammered out 15 hits in 4 innings. Leading hitters for the Bees included Danielle Calloway who was 2 for 3 with a triple, Megan Dray was 3 for 3 with a double, Hannah Wright was 2 for 3 with a double, Jordyne Vance was 2 for 4, Logan Wilgus was 2 for 2, Meredith Rosser was 3 for 3 and Nadia Tibbs was 1 for 2 with a triple and 4 RBI's.  The Lady Bees host LCA on Wednesday here at the hive - JV game starts at 5 with the Varsity following at 7.
